| HCCU offers a full range of Mortgage
Loan products, including First and Second Mortgages as
well as a Home Equity Line of Credit.
First
Mortgage: We offer Fixed Rate, Balloon
and the full range of Adjustable Rate Mortgage products,
as well as Government Loans. We can do up to 100%
financing and have competitive rates and closing costs.
Second
Mortgage: We will lend up to 95% of
the appraised value of the property, less any existing
liens and a term up to 15 years.
Home
Equity Line of Credit: We will lend
up to 95% of the appraised value of the property, less
any existing liens, with no Private Mortgage Insurance
and a term up to 15 years. HCCU will pay up to $750.00
towards closing costs on any loan amount of $15,000.00
or above.
