We currently have a Teller position, two Branch Manager positions, and an IT Specialist 2 position open.

HCCU Teller (Reference #'s: 8001) - The duties include, but are not limited to: processing teller transactions to include deposits, withdrawals, payments transfers and advances; daily balancing of cash drawer; maintaining cash levels within policy limits; cross-selling additional products and services to new and current members; receiving loan applications; preparing daily deposits; obtaining information for new member accounts; assisting customers with reconciling their account, stop payments, check orders, payroll deduction, direct deposit changes, statement/check copies; and stocking office supplies.


HCCU Branch Manager (Reference #'s: 7932) - The duties include, providing excellent member experiences by relating well to the member, proactively selling products and services that benefit while retaining membership and adding new member who actively use the credit union; assisting members with opening new accounts; performing monthly security and teller audits; demonstrating service standards while monitoring branch service quality; ability to coach and mentor staff in achieving personal branch service and sales goals; resolving and negotiating issues of controversy that involve member relationship or staff effectively; conduct performance appraisals with staff on an ongoing basis; assisting with day-to-day activities such as scheduling, ATM balancing, opening and closing checklist; demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of all loan products and services with members and provide assistance with closing, documentation required and the process; and other duties as needed.

HCCU IT Specialist 2 (Reference #'s: 7965) - The duties include, but are not limited to: Provide support within a group to administer in a large complex LAN, multi-server, and applications systems environment; installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting including establishing standards and scripts for automated build processes, and providing on call support for production environment; establishing/maintaining daily operations, monitoring and management for a complex network of file and enterprise servers; providing support for customers and internal staff that are efficient and effective; provide planning and support for credit union telecommunications services including audio response systems, telephone, voicemail, security systems, ATM lines and other electronic devices such as authorized cell phones and tablets; maintain the credit union¿s vendor management program insuring all contracts are maintained and credit union is compliant with all regulatory requirements; and other duties as assigned.
